Primary Years Programme
NPS BSK offers an integrated, interdisciplinary curriculum for Primary school from Grades I to IV. Our academically rigorous curriculum is integrated with creative arts and presented imaginatively to engage the students physically, cognitively and emotionally.
It is our constant endeavour to facilitate and provide a productive learning process through activity-oriented lessons, hands-on work and extensive co-curricular activities.
NPS BSK plays an important role in children's socialization and in developing their appreciation of sharing, fairness, mutual respect and cooperation.
Teachers are often on the front line of this work and, play a formative role in shaping children's attitudes and behaviors.
Note:
The School lays stress on students wearing the school uniform on all working days. The uniform must conform to the pattern and colour prescribed by the School. There are different uniforms for games, sports and special occasions.
Attendance is a matter of great importance at NPS. Absence for any reason should be notified to the Principal and leave letter should be produced on the day of returning to the School.
Circumspect behavior from students is expected at all times. Senior students must be role models to the younger students. Failure to behave with decorum may result in severe disciplinary action.
All examinations and tests must be attempted throughout the academic year.
