INDEPENDENCE DAY was celebrated in NPS, BSK by our Montessori children on 16th August, 2021 to mark the 75th year of freedom from the British rule.
Patriotism is a feeling to be instilled and not taught. "WeMontessorians are aware of its true meaning".
The children from all the 3 levels did art activities which showcased their talents. The little champs from Montessori 2 dressed up themselves as one of the ‘National Symbols of India’ and spoke about them. We also witnessed our Montessori 3 children dressing themselves as one of our National leaders, who fought for the Independence and speaking about them.It was a proud moment for us to watch all of them speak and spread the essence of patriotism, wrapped in emotions for our Motherland.
The significance of ‘Independence Day’ was explained to them through a 'Puppet Show'
The event ended by singing a patriotic song about our "National Flag" JAIHIND
