Classroom

Classrooms are designed such that every student gets the teacher’s maximum individual attention. Large well ventilated classrooms with windows, fans and lights ensure physical comfort for learning. Each of our class rooms Have smart boards to show the topics and concepts more effectively. The huge permanent board is placed at a vantage point for viewing. All rooms have bulletin boards to display and encourage creative, informative and academic endeavors of the learners. Walnut-wood shelves provide enough space for books, library books, learner-made objects and models. Senior classrooms will have white boards and stands for flip charts. The strength of each class is kept at a manageable level and the comfortable furniture adds to the ambience of the classroom.

Library & Media Centre

The library which is the main resource centre for the students and the faculty will have a collection of over 5000 volumes with a special reference section and a reading room of CDs and DVDs to supplement the book collection. Junior library with numerous fun titles and audio visual facilities caters to the Primary School students.

Science Labs

There are labs spread over more than 4500 sq.ft. area. These are fully equipped to meet the curriculum requirements for practicals in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Geography and History.

Math Lab

The room will have a wide range of Math teaching Aids and activity materials that help students have a visual impact and a practical approach towards the concepts learnt in class.

Computer Labs

Computer Education is part of the curriculum from grade 1 to 10. Here, emphasis is on concept formation rather than merely providing information. The School has two Cyber labs with state-of-the-art computers.

Audio Visual Rooms/ Multi purpose Auditorium

Multi purpose Auditorium Multipurpose Auditorium with an Area covering15500 Sq ft. area and 1500 seating capacity is available in the campus. This facility is being used for conducting School Events, Inter house activities, Interschool Competitions, Presentations etc.

AV rooms NPSBSK Campus has two AV rooms which will be used by the faculty and students to make presentations. This room will also provide a grand ambience for small group discussion with parents students, lecturers by invited speakers and for workshops.

Transport

Transport authorities at NPS BSK assure Safety, Security commutance of each and every Student, experienced bus operators, bus attendants takes care of bus services to and from School to all parts of Bangalore.

Health care/Health Check Up

The health care centre is the place students go to when they are in need of any kind of first aid. It is well equipped with medical requirements. Senior nursing personnel will be present during School hours.

Every student of the School undergoes health check-up once in a year by the doctors of reputed hospitals. The checks include eye, dental, ENT, Pediatric and General Health. Records of the medical history of each child are maintained in the school Almanac.
